In all cases where pj033's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, pj033's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you into your pj033 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
